Ingredients
10 Inch Whole Wheat Flour or Vegetable Tortilla
Sunflower Greens, Pea Shoots, Mixed Bean & Alfalfa, Onion, Mung Bean or Deli Sprouts
Sliced Tomato
Sliced Cucumber
Julienned Green & Red Pepper
Optional Ingredients:
Cheddar , Sour Cream, Feta or Salsa.
Preparation:
1. Lay the Sunflower Greens. Pea Shoots and sprouts on the Tortilla.
2. Add the tomato, cucumber & pepper.
3. Drizzle with your dressing of choice.
4. Fold bottom up and fold sides in leaving top open.
5. Wrap in a serviette and serve.
Cuke Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup Grated, Drained Cucumber
200 g Plain Yogurt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1/2 tsp dry Mustard Powder
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Ground Dill
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except the cucumber and dill together.
2. Once mixed, add the cucumber and dill.
