INTERNATIONAL SPROUT GROWERS ASSOCIATION’S SPROUT CHALLENGE
MAY 1, 2022 – The International Sprout Growers Association (ISGA) is launching a month-long marketing initiative aimed at increasing sprout awareness and consumption. The Sprout Challenge rules are simple: eat 1 handful of sprouts once a day with any meal. No need to alter one’s diet. All are encouraged to participate and share results. Just add sprouts to whatever you normally eat and report weekly progress through a variety of means: an anonymous survey to be shared with the ISGA and / or through social media using #JustAddSprouts and/or direct messaging @isgasprouts.
At the end of the four weeks, those who have submitted weekly responses are eligible to be entered into the Sprout Challenge giveaway. One randomly selected winner will receive a giveaway from the ISGA.
To enter the Sprout Challenge, take the survey, and follow @isgasprouts on Instagram.

Other varieties include broccoli, clover, pea shoots, sunflower shoots and so on. They are vegetables at the first few days of growth and are high in nutritional value. Sprouts are mostly eaten raw (except for bean sprouts) in salads, sandwiches, tacos, wraps, on pasta, in smoothies…
