Makes 1 dozen

4 ounces feta cheese

1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup sprouts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp cumin

Black pepper to taste

Mash all ingredients, with oiled hands, roll a spoonful into a ball and serve. It is that easy.
