Ingredients:
250 gr. of Alfalfa Sprouts
5 Tomatoes
2 Cups of corn
2 large avocados, blended
200 gr. fresh cheese
Salt, lemon juice and herbs of your selection
Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes in halves and hollow. Fill them with avocados mixed with corn, diced tomatoes and 50-gr. Alfalfa sprouts, season with herbs and lemon juice. Arrange the tomatoes in a alfalfa sprout nest. Surround with slices of fresh cheese.
